At WowBao Nails, we want you to love your professional nail products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team at support@wowbaonails.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the unused items back into their original packaging, ensuring they are securely wrapped to prevent any leakage or damage during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or ship via a tracked courier service to our distribution warehouse, keeping your proof of postage for reference.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
